This study analyzes the operational roadmap for curriculum reform under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. By examining faculty training models that have impacted thousands of educators, the paper evaluates methods for reviving ancient philosophical frameworks—ranging from Vedic humanism to Kashmiri Shaivism—within mainstream pedagogy.
